Underground Car Park system broken

Message from Jan Gill
I have been asked to let everyone know that from the end of the month, the car park fobs will no longer work because something has broken inside the system.
What you need to do
If you need access to the Car Park System (except G Block and K Block which are unaffected), then please either:
1. Ring the administrator on 00 34 958 536877 / 00 34 655 125000 (Pilar Marinez Jerez)
2. Email the administrator on gestmjerez@yahoo.es - stating your name, phone number, apartment number and parking space number
How the new system will work
1. Once the administrator makes a note of your mobile phone number (I think you are allowed two mobile numbers) then when you enter the garage you have to ring a 'free' number 0034694447858 for the gates to open.
2. Alternatively for those without mobile phones, you can enter the garage manually with a key*. Obviously people renting and friends coming over will have to use the key method so speak to your President about obtaining keys.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are a home owner and Jan and John currently look after your property, please feel free to contact Jan via email for copies. There is a small additional charge for this work of 1 Euro (to cover the cost of her time/travel) plus the cost of the key itself.
