New Community Meeting on Friday 26th August

The Presidents are getting together with the administrator and reviewing the books, looking at costs etc. I've only been advised this is for B Block but it may apply to the whole urbanisation as well (if someone could let me know on this point i'd be grateful!).
The discussions during this meeting are to:
- paint the interior walls of the block in white
- arrange for keys to be used in the lifts, in order for them to work
- use of electronic keys for the main gates (or as Miguel said: "for the main gateway compliant portal" (which can also be placed in the lifts)
- place a water pressure pump where required (certainly in B block we are experiencing water difficulties at night sometimes where the water pressure is so bad we have no water in the early hours due to the town hall limiting the water between 11pm-7am in summer due to lack of rain)
- discuss the change of administrative managers
- review the books and discuss new choices surrounding charges
