SabadellSolbank now offering 3.25% fixed rate mortgage to existing clients

Jose Manuel Jeronimo Salado - Director of the SabadellSolbank in Salobrena contacted me today about a Fixed Rate Mortgage Offer open to current clients ONLY.
He's offering a 3.25% fixed rate mortgage for the duration of the mortgage if you took out a variable rate mortgage...with no fees to pay - provided all paperwork is finalised by April 25th ...so you don't have much time to move on this!!
If you are a new customer, the current fixed rate mortgage is 3.90% so it's a good deal I think. Pop along and see him if you're interested (I've known him for about 14 years and he acted for me on my first house!). His details are:
