After some research, it appears that Wixtel are currently offering the best Wi-Fi deal for the community.
(Did you know...Wi-Fi is pronounced 'Whiffy' in Spanish?!).

+ you can start/stop your contract with Wixtel at any time
* 6Mb is fast enough to support any streaming service of TV/Netflix/Spotify/YouTube etc) and there is no reduction in speed if there are multi users. This appears to be the favourite option.
** Savings of 5% off monthly cost is offered for 10 or more people signing up - more people = more discount!
*** Wixtel will monitor the number of active users and will adjust the tariff discount accordingly on a monthly basis
Costs:
1-off installation fee This is normally €60 but the discounted community rate is €30 (£22.04). You can also opt for a phone line which normally costs €90 euros (community rate yet to be advised).
Monthly fees These fees, without any discount applied, are shown below. As mentioned above if we have 10 people joining we'd all get 5% off these prices. If you choose 6Mb the monthly cost will be no more than €22.90 (or £16.82 at todays rate).
How soon can we all have Wifi?:
Duncan & Judith Hanlon (B6) are in discussions with Alvaro at Wixtel - who has indicated a timeframe of between October-December 2015 for internet connections to be up and running (Wixtel are in the process of arranging the telecom links currently). Once the communications are sorted, Alvaro will contact Duncan and arrange to come out to the apartments (to meet a number of us together) to try to answer as many questions as possible.
